Breathing Exercise & Calm is a guided breathing app. It shows an animated visual guide for several breathing patterns (Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Relaxing, Calm Breathing, Energizing Breath, and Deep Relaxation) with a live cycle counter and session time. The breathing guide runs entirely on your device and works fully offline — no account, no sign-in.

Data We Collect

The app has no accounts and collects no personal profile data itself. Because it is free and ad-supported, the Google AdMob advertising SDK collects a limited set of data to serve ads (see Advertising below). Apart from that:

Advertising

This app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob (a banner, and an occasional full-screen ad after a completed session). To serve and measure ads, the AdMob SDK collects and shares the following data with Google — even though the app itself never requests it:

This data is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. See Google's disclosure at support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.

In the EU/EEA and UK (and some US states) the app shows a Google-certified consent dialog before requesting personalised ads; you can change or withdraw that choice at any time via the Privacy options entry in the app. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Remove Ads

A one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase removes all ads permanently; once purchased, the AdMob SDK is not initialised. The purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment details.

Local Storage

The app stores only your preferences and session state (theme, last-used pattern, eyes-closed-mode toggle, and whether Remove Ads was purchased) locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences. This never leaves your device.

Optional in-app feedback button

Some screens include an optional Send Feedback button. Nothing happens unless you tap it. When you do, the app opens a pre-filled draft in your device's own mail app, addressed to feedback@99ersstudio.com, with the app version and your device's operating-system version included so we can reproduce issues. Nothing is sent automatically — you review the draft, may delete the device info, and send it yourself, or simply close it. The app does not collect your email address.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the revised version at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
