PDF Workbench is an on-device PDF toolkit published by 99ers Studio.

All PDF operations — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, OCR, signing, watermarking, page management and every other tool — run entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to any server, and your documents never leave your phone.
The free version shows banner ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process, and share with Google for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, the following:
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before serving personalized ads and honours your choice. You can also reset or limit the Advertising ID in your device settings. Pro subscribers see no ads.
Pro is offered as a subscription billed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We never receive or store your payment details. Your subscription status is validated through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-user ID and your purchase/subscription status in order to unlock Pro. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address or payment information.
The Scan Doc tool uses the camera only while you are scanning. Camera images are processed on your device to create a PDF and are never uploaded.
The app has no login or user account. Pro access is tied to your store purchase, not to a personal profile.
We do not sell or trade your data. The only third parties that receive data are:
